Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:
- Tags still attached
- Without Stains and Perfumes
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
In the case of a faulty or if you have received the incorrect item, we will gladly refund the method of payment used.
How Long Is Your Return Policy?
Australian and International Orders has a 20 Day Return Policy upon reciept.
How Can I Return An Item?
Before you can return an item, please email us stating the reason why you are returning an item on email@example.com sending items back without contacting us first may result for the item to be sent back to you.
All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit. You will receive an email with details of the store credit code once your return is processed.
How Long Does It Take For A Return To Be Processed?
Returns are processed within 2 business days.
What If I Changed My Mind?
Unfortunately we do not refund, issue a store credit or exchange items on "change of mind" purchases.
What If The Item Didn't Fit Me?
Bummer! Don't panic, we will give you a store credit equal to your original order value and you can purchase the right size or buy something else in our store, just enter the code upon checkout. Unfortunately though we cannot issue a refund.
Original shipping charges are non- refundable for both Domestic and International orders, the good news is we will send the exchanging items to you for FREE (Express for AU & Standard Shipping for Intn'l). This is only applicable for the first exchange, we will have to charge a shipping fee if you wish to exchange your item the second time.
Do You Refund Or Exchange SALE Items?
All sale items is non- refundable and non- exchangable.
What If I Chose Something With A Lesser Value Than My Original Purchase?
As you will be using a store credit to pay, remaining balance in your store credit can be use on your next purchase.
What If I Chose To Get A Different Item From My Original Purchase And Decided To Puchase More Items?
You can then use the store credit to pay on checkout and remaining balance can be paid using your credit or bank card.
